Dawn Finlayson is the latest addition to the MTM staff taking the complement of experienced Family Lawyers up to five . Dawn is passionate about both Family Law and Child Law.
She is focused on helping you reach a resolution in your case amicably and efficiently. She also has a great deal of experience appearing in various courts throughout Scotland including having been involved in a number of adoption, permanence order, contact, residence, and children’s referral proofs.
She is well liked by her colleagues and her clients and is an organised diligent person. She is always upbeat and quickly builds rapport with her clients.
Dawn qualified in 2008.
She has over 9 years experience working exclusively in the fields of Family Law and Child Law
She is a member of the Family Law Association and the Glasgow Bar Association.
She is interested in Alternative methods of Dispute resolution.
She previously volunteered at the Promoting Positive Contact centre, which is child contact centre based in the Glasgow, where parents or relatives can have contact with their child orchildren.
She is a board member of the charity Mellow Parenting. Mellow parenting designs and delivers training programmes that promote parent child relationships.
